Learning Expedition:
Sharing my Silicon Valley Journey

As you all may know, I am passionate about innovation and I have always been fascinated by the world of technology. My entrepreneurial journey in the world of Tech and Startups couldn’t lead me anywhere else than to San Francisco and more precisely to Silicon Valley.

The Silicon Valley, I lived there for a few years, it was so amazing to be able to immerse myself in the most dynamic and productive innovation ecosystem in the world when you’re a geek like me.

During my stay there, I had the opportunity to make lifechanging encounters, to meet people who work in the biggest technology companies in the world, and I knew deep down that I would need to come back often for a good shot of innovation!

San Francisco is not a city, but a way of life.

And this way of life, I really wanted to share it with as many people and corporates as possible though the organization of immersive learning expeditions. It’s therefore in this contexte that I had the opportunity to introduce in immerse some entrepreneurs and the top Management of Attijariwafa Bank, during a learning expedition.

The objective of this 10 days learning expedition in the heart of the most innovative ecosystem in the world was to allow them to discover top actors of the Silicon Valley, discuss with them to understand how they innovate at scale but above all to discover the Silicon Valley mindset and by not even adopt it!

It was a crazy marathon, we met 27 companies in 10 days including Google, Apple, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, Stripe, to name a few. And what I like the most during these learning expeditions is precisely to meet all these people who work for tech giants, to learn from their mindset, which overflows with creativity, which is limitless and which allows us to unlock. all our potential. The employees and the top management of AttijariWafa Bank came back from this learning expedition completely transformed as you can see in this video.

This wonderful learning expedition was possible thanks to all the friends I have in San Fransisco and that I met when I was working on my startup ScreenDy.

I organize this learning expedition every year, so if you want to be part of the next, reach me!
